Port-au-Prince, 27 June 2025.- On Friday, 27 June, the National Education Fund (NEF) announced the official launch of grants for schools and families affected by insecurity under the Support for Schools and Families Victims of Insecurity (PAEF). The announcement was made in a note signed by the Director General, Ms. Sterline Civil.
The Directorate-General of the National Education Fund (FNE) informs that the distribution of grants under the Support Programme for Schools and Families Victims of Insecurity (PAEF) is now under way throughout the country.
The beneficiaries concerned, i.e. families and schools previously selected, are invited to attend the branch of the National Credit Bank (BNC) corresponding to their place of residence. They must be provided with the required supporting documents and must only be presented after receipt of an official notification text message issued by the BNC.
This measure aims to ensure order, transparency and fluidity in the delivery of funds, while avoiding unnecessary crowding.

This programme is part of the NEF's efforts to support the sectors most affected by the country's security crisis and to promote the continuity of education in difficult conditions.
