The new Director of DCDD, Dr. Dulaurier Jacques
Tabarre, 12 January 2026.- The Employment Accidents, Sickness and Maternity Insurance Office (OFATMA) is continuing its restructuring process. On Monday, January 12, 2026, the Director General, Vikerson Garnier, proceeded to the official installation of Dr. Dulaurier Jacques as new Director of the Directorate of Coordination of Departmental Directorates (DCDD), in the presence in particular of former MP Abel Descollines.
In his speech, DG Garnier stressed that this appointment is part of efforts to modernize OFATMA services at the national level. He praised the work of the outgoing Director, Dr. Jean Raymond Armel Cadéus Demorcy, and urged departmental directorates to maintain an equitable quality of service between urban and rural areas.
Taking the floor, Dr. Dulaurier Jacques, who has 19 years of service with OFATMA, expressed his gratitude and affirmed his willingness to conduct his mission with discipline, integrity and commitment. It has set guidelines: performance, efficiency, innovation, transparency and satisfaction of policyholders.
As a reminder, the DCDD coordinates the implementation of OFATMA policies throughout the country, including in the areas of social security, contribution collection, communication and institutional promotion.
