Tabarre, 10 August 2025.- On Saturday, August 9, the Haitian National Police (HNP) made significant changes in its chain of command. The Inspector General Alain Auguste takes over from the Central Directorate of Administration and General Services (DCASG), while the Divisionary Commissioner Frenel Saintil is appointed Director of Logistics. These decisions, enshrined in the strategy of Commander-in-Chief a.i, Mr. André Jonas Vladimir Paraison, aim to give new impetus to the Institution.
During two separate ceremonies, held in the Directorate General of the National Police of Haiti (DGPNH), in Clercine, municipality of Tabarre, the Inspector General Alain Auguste was officially installed as Central Director of Administration and General Services (DCASG), replacing Philippe Jovin. The act was chaired by Inspector General Berson SolJour, Chief of Staff of DG A.i, in the presence of several executives of the PNH.
At the same time, the Divisionary Commissioner Frenel Saintil took the lead in the Directorate of Logistics, a technical organ of the Central Directorate of Administrative Police (DCPA), succeeding Inspector General Rony Bazil Antoine. His installation ceremony was led by the new DCASG, Alain Auguste.
These changes are part of the dynamic of strengthening leadership and modernizing services, in line with the strategic vision of Commander-in-Chief André Jonas Vladimir Paraison.
