Port-au-Prince, October 21, 2025.- During the 26th edition of the Tuesdays of the Nation, and under the heading « Prime Minister's Week Review »The Primature presented the progress of the Government ' s social assistance programme as well as the main actions carried out on security and the preparation of elections.
The Managing Director of the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES), Serge Gabriel Colin, said the program targets parents, vulnerable households and workers. More than 50,000 parents enrolled in the Student Management Information System (SIGE) of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) are already receiving support for the school year through the MonCash and NatCash electronic platforms.
Some 55,000 vulnerable households, identified through the Information System of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour (SIMAST), will each receive 15,000 gourdes from Wednesday, 22 October 2025, while 35,000 workers will receive the same amount from their bank accounts on Monday, 27 October 2025.
At the same time the heading « Prime Minister's Week Review »presented by spokesperson Ené Val, recalled the Government ' s priorities of restoring security and preparing for elections. The Prime Minister stressed that « elections are not an option, but an obligation », noting that a $65 million fund is already being mobilized for this process.

Through these various initiatives, the Haitian Government intends to combine social action with democratic governance. By continuing monetary transfers to families, reviving the education system and accelerating preparations for the elections, Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé reaffirms his commitment to restore security, strengthen national solidarity and lead the country towards a more stable and inclusive future.
