Port-au-Prince, August 29, 2025.- The National School of Financial Administration (ENAF), under the supervision of the Human Resources Directorate of the General Administration of Customs, launches a call for applications for a new promotion (2025-2027) in a long cycle of public finances. This programme will offer the winners the title of specialists in Public Finance (Intermediate Frameworks I). Registration is open until 3 September 2025.
The Directorate of Human Resources (DRH) of the General Administration of Customs announced the recruitment of a new cohort of students at the National School of Financial Administration (ENAF) for the 2025-2027 cycle. This training programme aims to strengthen the expertise of public administration in the management of state finances.
The candidates concerned must be of Haitian nationality, aged up to 37 years and justify at least three years of service in the public administration. They must also hold a degree in accounting, management, economics, administration, law or computer science.
The application file includes: birth certificate, detailed curriculum vitae, copy of the national identification card and tax number, licence diploma authenticated by the DESRS, university transcripts, degree and bachelor's degree, three recent identity photos and a valid health certificate.
HRD recalls that the deadline for filing is September 3, 2025. The successful candidates, after competition, will have the opportunity to specialize in public financial management and to integrate the cadre of middle managers of the State.
