Chocolate Show 2025: Haitian cocoa imposes with Ayitika, best bean to bar tablet

Paris, November 3, 2025.-The 30th edition of the World Chocolate Fair, held in Paris from October 29 to November 2, dedicated Haitian excellence. The Ayitika company, represented by agronomist Jean Chesnel Jean, has won the prestigious award of the Best Bean Tablet to Bar 2025, a distinction that adds to a series of international awards. This success highlights the exceptional quality of Haitian cocoa and the artisanal know-how that make the country proud.

For five days, the world chocolate show brought together 240 exhibitors from around the world in Paris, France, and attracted more than 200,000 visitors. At the heart of this flagship event, agronomist Jean Chesnel Jean, representative of Ayitika, proudly carried the colors of Haiti. « As part of the show, we presented our usual products, including dark chocolate, with six flagship flavours highlighted. It was a real logistical challenge, but a rewarding experience », he entrusted during his visit to Panel Magik on Monday, November 3.

The Haitian company defends an integrated and sustainable vision of chocolate: each tablet comes from a process that respects the environment and producers, reflecting an exemplary social and ecological approach.

A rain of distinctions for Ayitika

The year 2025 marks a turning point for the brand. Jean Chesnel Jean and his team have won six international awards, confirming the growing reputation of Haitian cocoa on the world stage:

– Silver medal in Amsterdam;

– Two Gourmet medals in Paris;

– Silver medal and bronze medal in New York;

And finally, the award for the Best Bean to Bar 2025 Tablet at the Les Etats du chocolat contest at the Paris World Fair.

These awards salute not only the taste quality of Ayitika chocolate, but also its social impact and environmental commitment.

This success is a tremendous pride for Haiti. By valuing cocoa grown locally according to sustainable practices, Ayitika demonstrates that it is possible to reconcile excellence, innovation and social responsibility.
