Paris, November 3, 2025.-The 30th edition of the World Chocolate Fair, held in Paris from October 29 to November 2, dedicated Haitian excellence. The Ayitika company, represented by agronomist Jean Chesnel Jean, has won the prestigious award of the Best Bean Tablet to Bar 2025, a distinction that adds to a series of international awards. This success highlights the exceptional quality of Haitian cocoa and the artisanal know-how that make the country proud.
The Haitian company defends an integrated and sustainable vision of chocolate: each tablet comes from a process that respects the environment and producers, reflecting an exemplary social and ecological approach.
A rain of distinctions for Ayitika
The year 2025 marks a turning point for the brand. Jean Chesnel Jean and his team have won six international awards, confirming the growing reputation of Haitian cocoa on the world stage:
– Silver medal in Amsterdam;
– Two Gourmet medals in Paris;
– Silver medal and bronze medal in New York;
And finally, the award for the Best Bean to Bar 2025 Tablet at the Les Etats du chocolat contest at the Paris World Fair.
These awards salute not only the taste quality of Ayitika chocolate, but also its social impact and environmental commitment.
This success is a tremendous pride for Haiti. By valuing cocoa grown locally according to sustainable practices, Ayitika demonstrates that it is possible to reconcile excellence, innovation and social responsibility.
This international success also contributes to re-enhance the country's image on the global agri-food scene and encourage other Haitian producers to follow the path of quality and local transformation.
