Anti-Corruption Fair: Despite the challenges, the ULCC does not intend to give up

Port-au-Prince, September 2, 2025.- To mark its 21st anniversary, the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC) is preparing to organize an anti-corruption fair on Friday, September 5, at the Karibe Convention Center in Petion-ville. A unique space where debates, artistic creations, scientific publications and fun activities unite to promote transparency and good governance.

This event aims to unite young, artists and intellectuals to promote transparency and strengthen governance. It is a continuation of the anti-corruption summer school held last July, where 50 young people were trained as ambassadors of integrity.

A key debate will be on the capacity of youth to become a key player in reporting corruption. Three talks will address: artistic engagement, the strategic role of young people and the fight against bribes in public services.

Stands of specialized books, literary exhibitions, games tournament and a selection of fifty engaged artists will bring to life a space where science and culture are at the service of ethics.

Through this fair, the ULCC wants to recall that the fight against corruption is everyone's business. Through art, youth and active citizenship, the institution intends to transform denunciation into a tool for accountability and good governance in the country.
