Port-au-Prince, 26 July 2025.- Radio Méga's journalist, Guerrier Henri, is invited to appear before the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ), on Monday 28 July 2025, at 10 a.m. This convocation, released on Friday 25 July, is part of an open investigation into his alleged links with gang leaders belonging to the criminal coalition. « Viv Ansanm »classified as a foreign terrorist organization by the US State Department.

This procedure could be linked to a complaint filed a few days earlier, on 17 July, by journalist Thomas Rudy Sanon. He accuses his colleague of maintaining relations with key figures of armed banditry in Haiti, including Jimmy Chérizier "Barbecue" and Vitelhomme Innocent.

The complaint, supported by a report from the justice of the peace of the East Section of Port-au-Prince, reproaches Guerrier Henri for having repeatedly given the floor to these individuals in his broadcast, which would be a serious breach of public security and the rule of law.

This is not the first time Warrior Henri finds himself under the fire of critics. In 2023 and 2024, he had been summoned by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Port-au-Prince for content deemed apologetic towards armed groups. In November 2024, the National Telecommunications Council (CONATEL) had also ordered him to suspend his programme, which was considered a threat to public peace.

Today, the DCPJ seeks to shed light on the journalist's actions, suspected of using his microphone as an instrument of propaganda for the benefit of notorious criminals.
