Port-au-Prince, April 17, 2026.- The Ministry of Women's Affairs and Women's Rights launched, Thursday, April 16, 2026, a training series dedicated to administrative and diplomatic correspondence for its managers. This initiative aims to improve the quality of institutional communication and strengthen the department's internal capacity.

In an approach to modernising its administrative practices, the MCFDF launched a training programme focusing on administrative and diplomatic correspondence, protocol and social conveniences. This first session, organised at the Ministry's headquarters, is part of a two-week training programme.

In partnership with the Centre d'Études Diplomatiques et International, this initiative aims to equip participants with the necessary tools to master administrative communication standards and techniques. The aim is to ensure more structured, coherent and professional institutional exchanges in line with the requirements of public governance.

Through this program, Minister Pédrica Saint-Jean affirms her willingness to strengthen the department's human resources skills. A strategy that is part of a broader vision to improve administrative efficiency and the quality of services provided to the public.
