Switzerland, 27 July 2025.- The English won the Women's Euro 2025 for the second consecutive time in their history, against Spain (3-1), this Sunday 27 July 2025, at the Parc Saint-Jacques (Jogelli), Switzerland.
From the 25′ game, the Spanish found the English net, thanks to Mr Caldentey. Half-time was indeed favorable for the Roja, trying to keep the score until the break.
But when the changing rooms returned to the 57′ game, the English were going to equalize on a goal by A. Russo (1-1). Beyond that, every 90 minutes passed without any change in the display, in terms of goals.
At the fateful session, England won by imposing 3-1 shots on the goal, and simply raises its second consecutive trophy in its history.
In addition, the trophy for the best young player in the competition was awarded to 19-year-old Michelle Agyemang in the presence of her father. Note that out of a total of 4 games played, the attacker scored 2 goals and 0 assists.
