This new cohort is part of the SABRE Operational Military Partnership, established between France and Haiti. Since its launch, nearly 200 Haitian military personnel have already benefited from this capacity building programme and exchange of expertise.
According to the French authorities, this cooperation is aimed at supporting the development of the operational capacities of the Fad的H and to support Haiti in its efforts to combat insecurity, restore order and strengthen peace.
