Port-au-Prince, August 9, 2025.- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship (MAEC) is launching, via the Jean Price-Mars Diplomatic Academy (ADJPM), a national competition to recruit 30 students: 15 women and 15 men, with a view to integrating the Master II programme in Diplomacy and International Cooperation, in partnership with INAGHEI. Several former graduates of the Academy already hold positions within the MAEC, confirming the strategic role of this training in the renewal of the Haitian diplomatic corps.

The Jean Price-Mars Diplomatic Academy opens its doors to a new generation of future diplomats. This competition, organized by the MAEC, will allow to select 30 candidates with a gender balance to follow a Master II in Diplomacy and International Cooperation, delivered in partnership with the National Institute of Administration, Management and International High Studies (INAGHEI).

To be eligible, applicants must hold a bachelor's degree (ideally in international relations, law, political science, history or economics), be under the age of 30, and have good physical and mental health. Mastery of French is compulsory, while knowledge of English or Spanish is a major asset.

Registration, open from 1 to 31 August 2025, is exclusively online at https://mae.gouv.ht/bourses-detude/. Applicants must submit several documents, including a birth certificate, required diplomas, transcripts, a certificate of good life and morals, a medical certificate, a photo of identity, a CV and a cover letter.

The written test will be held on Sunday 7 September 2025 at 8 am, simultaneously in Port-au-Prince, Cap-Haitien, Les Cayes and Miragoâne.

It should be noted that the ADJPM has already seen several of its former students join the ranks of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, thus strengthening the technical capacity and representativeness of Haitian diplomacy. This new promotion should help prepare for succession in a demanding and competitive international context.
