Port-au-Prince, October 20, 2025.- Invited to the show « Panel Magik » On Monday, 20 October, Jacques Ted Saint Dic, member of the Montana Accord Follow-up Bureau, said that there is no dialogue between the Montana Bureau and the Transitional Presidential Council (CPT). He also denounced what he described as Haiti's official guardianship by the Organization of American States (OAS) and the United Nations, while calling for the construction of a political alternative to power.
During his speech in Panel Magik, Jacques Ted Saint Dic made a serious observation of the relationship between the Montana Agreement Monitoring Office and the Transitional Presidential Council. « There is no relationship between us, if not some exchanges between them, between initiates. Surely, it is in the great Masonic lodges that they meet to discuss, between the beneficiaries of the power », he said bitterly.
According to him, the Montana Bureau does not recognize the legitimacy of the Presidential Council, which it criticizes the management and drift of the transition process. « We don't have a date called February 7, but a date called men's failure. »he added, referring to the current CPT leadership.
Jacques Ted Saint Dic also believes that Haiti is now under international supervision, following recent OAS and UN Security Council resolutions. « Guardianship is now official, but we continue to fight against it. Our approach aims to propose an alternative to this tutelage and the existing power. »He insisted.
While rejecting the idea of direct dialogue with the current leaders, which he described as « traitors »The representative of the Montana Office stated that the movement was continuing its efforts to develop a comprehensive solution, based on national sovereignty and institutional renewal.
