Jacques Ted St Dic accuses the CPT of treason and denounces a « disguised international guardianship »

Port-au-Prince, November 28, 2025.- Invited on Magik 9 this Friday, 28 November, Jacques Ted St Dic, representative of the Montana Accord, strongly denounced the abuses of the Transitional Presidential Council (CPT), which he accuses of betraying his initial commitments, weakening national sovereignty and aligning with the interests of foreign powers. He warns against a « Standardization of International Trusteeship Commission » imposed on Haiti.

According to him, the CPT failed to comply with the obligations arising from the 3 April Agreement, paving the way for an accelerated weakening of the State and increasing foreign interference. Recalling the warnings of the Montana Accord Follow-up Office (BSA) since October 2024, Jacques Ted St Dic states that the facts confirm these warnings, accusing the CPT of corruption, seeking external recognition and contempt for the suffering of the population.

He also denounces the attitude of some foreign diplomats who, according to him, use sanctions as a means of political pressure to influence the leadership of Haitian institutions. In his view, the members of the CPT had committed themselves to « parallel diplomacy », opening up to institutional normalisation under international influence, notably through the involvement of regional organisations such as the OAS.

Finally, the Montana Accord representative questioned Councillor Fritz Alphonse Jean, whom he accused of having betrayed the spirit and values of the movement. Calling for an end to what he describes as a« humiliation imposed on the nation »Jacques Ted St Dic pleads for the rapid construction of a national alternative based on sovereignty, a plan for social security and justice, and a redefinition of the foundations of international cooperation.
