Port-au-Prince, July 31, 2025.- After 23 years in the National Office of Old Age Insurance (ONA), Mr. Romulère Louis was officially installed as the new head of the Institute's annex to the National Society of Industrial Parks (SONAPI). The ceremony took place in the presence of several senior officials of the ONA, marking a major turning point for this strategic branch of the organization.
The installation ceremony was held on Wednesday at SONAPI in the presence of the Director of Communication and Public Relations, Harry J. Juste, Hermione Saint-Hilaire, OR-ONA Director, Dominique B.C.F. Sanon, Director of Human Resources, and Jean Michel Louis, Administrative Director.
In his speech, Mr. Jean Michel Louis praised the commitment and experience of the new head. « Mr. Romulère Louis can count on our frank cooperation. I have no doubt that he will be able to meet the great challenges ahead of him. »he said with conviction.
A long-time employee at ONA, Mr. Louis served successively in the payroll, administration and financial control unit. This rich institutional experience is, according to his peers, a major asset in effectively leading the SONAPI annex, one of the nerve poles of the ONA.
In his occasional speech, the new official expressed his will to unite staff around the same vision: « I hope I can count on everyone's cooperation. I call on my colleagues to close the ranks in order to make the SONAPI annex a strong, exemplary and compliant branch of the institution. », he said.
This new appointment is part of a desire to revitalize the ONA, through better management of its decentralized structures.
