Port-au-Prince, August 23, 2025.- As part of the updating of the electoral register and the strengthening of its deconcentrated structures, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), through the Directorate of the Electoral Register (DRE), is launching a wide recruitment of Agents of the Electoral Register (ADRE). These temporary positions cover the Departmental Electoral Offices (DEBs), the Municipal Electoral Offices (CEBs) and the Voting Centres (CVs) throughout the national territory.
The selected officers will be responsible for providing technical and technological support to local electoral bodies. These include updating the electoral addresses in the database, verifying the accuracy of voter information, correcting any errors and participating in the transmission of election data. Periodic reporting is also one of the assigned responsibilities.
Profile sought
The CEP requires applicants to hold a high school diploma (NS4), at least 21 years old and resident in the municipality where they wish to work. A good command of computer tools (Word, Excel, web browsing) as well as an ability to analyse, organise and communicate are essential. Knowledge of the Haitian electoral system is an asset, as is availability for frequent travel in the area of assignment.
Nominations
The files must include a cover letter addressed to the Executive Director of the CEP, an updated curriculum vitae, copies of diplomas and certificates, and identification document (CIN or NIF).
Submission is exclusively online via the official website: www.cephali.ht.
The CEP strongly encourages the participation of young people and qualified women in applying, stressing that this recruitment is an important step in strengthening the transparency and credibility of the electoral process in Haiti.
